大学乐队

 

The USA 风合奏 is the premier instrumental ensemble in the 音乐系. A select performing ensemble of woodwind, brass, and percussion instrumentalists, the 风合奏 emphasizes wind ensemble literature and live performance. 风 Ensemble is open to music majors and non-majors with prior instrumental performance experience in high school or junior college. All students must win an audition each semester in order to join the ensemble.

The 十大彩票网投平台 大学乐队 is the Department's third concert 乐队.  This large performing ensemble ensemble of woodwind, brass and percussion instrumentalists is open to all students, faculty and staff on the campus of USA.  音乐专业 minors are encouraged to play a secondary instrument in this ensemble to gain more 使用这种乐器的经验.  The ensemble meets in the Spring semester only, 星期三下午四点半至六点半.  The ensemble's focus is to continue the development of musical skills by playing standard and contemporary wind 乐队 literature and by giving one performance during the Spring semester.  This is a non-auditioned ensemble, all members are welcomed into the ensemble with previous high school or college 乐队 experience (or equivalent private study on a 乐队 instrument).

The USA 大学乐队 is conducted by Dr. 克莱顿马多克斯，乐队助理总监.
